At Perenne Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number and photos of the product you wish to return.

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all seals and tags to qualify for a successful return.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary courier pickup from your delivery address at a time convenient for you.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
